The attached comment highlights the importance of exposure characterization, carrier frequency, modulation, background magnetic fields, cellular responses, and potential biological mechanisms.\n\nI encourage HHS to consider this evidence in its scientific review and in identifying priorities for future research and exposure-guideline development.\n\nFrank S.
