I am a retired professor injured by bio-electromagnetic classified research:
I was living in a condo near two Marine Air bases.  Local defense contractors were on my advisory board.  I became vocal about EMF health effects concerned for my students working on computer monitors.  I was unaware at that time that I was living in a neighborhood where classified bio-electromagnetic research was being conducted.  In 1993 I was exposed in the middle of the night to a very high dose radiation.   I had a delayed reaction and became very ill and was eventually evaluated at local universities.  My nervous system and immune system were seriously impacted.  I have over the years developed many related serious health complications.  For years after I was being vibrated & shocked in my home at night.  I would wake up throwing up with migraines.  I tried to consider anything that could be wrong in my home or with me that could have caused my illness.  Eventually engineering of my home and my medical conditions indicated exposure to radiation not a normal medical or household condition.  

A radiation expert doctor determined that there was evidence within my injury that could only be caused by radiation.  He thought that it was more likely that I was exposed to mixed frequency non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation rather than ionizing radiation although he could not be sure.  He told me that mixed frequency non-ionizing radiation could cause the same damage as ionizing radiation and that the military refused to acknowledge this.  

A PhD physicist who was aware of what was going on locally told me that the vibrations I felt were called infrasound, likely caused by pulsed radio-frequency or pulsed lasers. He believed I was living in a research project and to hire an acoustic engineer. An acoustic engineer evaluated my home and found industrial levels 2hz and 4hz infrasound.  They jumped up in intensity when I laid down in bed indicating something rigged there.  My neurologist told me 2hz and 4hz are deep sleep frequencies.  An article in U.S. News & World Report called “Wonder Weapons” indicated classified research of the Air Force involving infrasound nonlethal weapons and sleep.  Years later I found out that my condo might have been built for research.  National Institute of Justice told me that the bio-electromagnetic infrasound research developed over the years into an infrasound nonlethal weapon used now by all law-enforcement agencies.  There seems to be no regulation on its use.  I moved but the problems came with me as electrical engineers and my utility company found harmonics coming into my home and intensifying in my home.   (all prior to smart meters.)

What I have done to reduce exposures in my home:

removed the GFI outlets, dimmer switches, no fluorescent, LED or halogen lighting (only old fashioned incandescent bulbs), changed doorbell to mechanical & the smoke alarms & clocks to battery, garage door opener extended to unplug it when home, everything unplugged when not in use,rid of my cable TV line & phone land line -were transmitting throughout home.  No smart meters, No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no security system Still, my home is periodically whistling and buzzing with vibrations that are very painfully irritating at times.  A meter indicates there are still high levels of harmonics on the electric lines.
Possiblities considering:  to install three pole switches or a harmonics filter however you have to be careful with filtering because when you filter one harmonic out another frequency can emerge stronger and cause a worse problem Or install an isolation transformer

Government response:  less than minimal:
I have been acknowledged as having this radiation injury from classified research but no one will stop my exposures.  Director of the DOD hotline told me what happened to me was a violation of the Terrorist Act, involved torture and human rights abuse  but I had to go to the FBI.  The FBI gave me a fake case number.  1994 memorandum indicated the DOJ was conducting cooperative research with the DOD on nonlethal weapons.  IG at both agencies  say it is not their jurisdiction.  Found classified research of the JNLWP (Joint Nonlethal Weapons Program).  Air Force was in charge of human effects.   JNLWP is now part of JIFCO.  Air Force AL/OER head of radiobiological research complaints, Armstrong Lab sent my summary to Surgeon General’s Office requesting him to investigate suggesting the Navy was also implicated but Air Force turned down helping me said to inquire at Kirkland Air Force Base who told me they were told not to talk to me. Directed Energy Directorate is at Kirtland Air Force Base.   I met with NASA criminal investigators -forwarded my case to OSI & NCI but no response.  Attorney General for California turned it down.  Private attorneys won’t take the case due to national security involved.
