{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6543","name":"Anonymous Anonymous","organization":"","posted":"2026-10-28T04:00Z","received":"2026-10-20T04:00Z","body":"Four years after living in this 7 unit apartment complex, the meters were changed to 'smart meters', all SEVEN meters are on my bedroom wall; within four months I was unable to sleep in my bedroom...I had severe nausea, tinnitus, dizziness, insomnia, skin eruptions, plus severe headaches upon awaking, so I now sleep in the living room with the breakers turned off, my phone and tablet on airplane mode are placed away from me at night. There is , at present, no WiFi in this building yet I can get it from the next building two walls and 25 feet away. My anxiety and depression have increased, I am on S.S.and do not have the funds to move away.
