{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6328","name":"Anonymous Anonymous","organization":"","posted":"2026-10-28T04:00Z","received":"2026-10-21T04:00Z","body":"Debilitating symptoms I've been experiencing- escalating since 2015.\n\nI am single, unemployed and have no health insurance or assistance of any kind, and for the most part practice a healthy lifestyle.\n\nSeverely disrupted sleep - including extremely low blood oxygen and low heart rate middle of night sometimes being awakened as soon as I fall asleep- repeatedly, Sometimes it seems like every 20 minutes.\nTinnitus\nChronic head pressure\nHeadaches\nChronic exhaustion\nIntermittent blurred vision\nEye redness, sensation of burning\nEye dryness\nBrain fog/cognitive/executive functioning issues \nJaw clenching\nNumbness tingling, shooting pains limbs\nHeart palpitations\nRandom muscle twitching, cramping\nMuscle tension/soreness especially neck shoulders\nLethargy, sudden sleepiness during day \nBreathing, sensation of not deep enough breath \nIntermittent body heating\nChronic exhaustion fatigue, muscle weakness\nMood issues anxiety apathy loss of confidence\nOdd cravings or thoughts popping up from nowhere completely out of character\nAppetite swings\nWeight issues\nThere is more, but this is what I can think of at the moment. \n\nIn searching for root cause of my symptoms after trying numerous modalities I came across the highly cited 1971–1976 Naval Medical Research Institute (NMRI) reports, often referred to in modern EMF literature as the \"Glaser Report.\" And recognized the similarities and biological processes impacted matched. This led me to read other studies more recent including by the NIH. There is tons of information indicating emfs disrupt neurological and cellular function and even damaging DNA which seems to align with the health symptoms I personally have which is causing extreme physical and emotional suffering, in addition to causing financial, professional and relational issues.\n\nI attempted to diffuse the emf signals to my home and devices by using Ethernet and turning off wireless but it made no impact. I've also tried unplugging my router overnight.\n\nIs EMR the same mechanism through which people have been diagnosed with\"Havana syndrome\"? Also \"targeted individuals\" who suspect they are being attacked by Directed Energy Weapons? Are Directed Energy Weapons just EMR being channeled towards someone?
