I declare the following testimony under penalty of perjury. 
1. Because of Tech and Telecom industry money and influence, the general public have no idea how dangerous RF Microwave radiation actually is.   
 RF aka RadioFrequency is pulsed Microwave radiation.  RFR has never been deemed safe.  For instance RF in the form of mMwave 5G technology has never been safety tested.  Forgive my candor but I find it comical the Dept of Health and Human Services is asking for scientific data or documentation when the majority of studies and research has been performed by the U.S. Military and several large universities around the world.  The National Toxicology Program Study in 2018 found RF to be a clear evidence of carcinogenic harm.   To seek the studies, look at the records for RadioFrequency Microwave Radiation in our own U.S. Government archives. Look at the 2018 National Toxicology Program Study of Cell Phone radiation determining it causes cancer.     
2. I have been disabled from chronic exposure to wireless RadioFrequency Radiation or RFR.  
This exposure started in 1992 when I had a Motorola old style car phone.  I had a StarTac phone in 1997.  I had the first iPhone available on June 29, 2007.  I used Wi-Fi from 2000 until 2012 when I started noticing negative health effects near RF.   I was a person who loved technology, until it made me incredibly sick.  
3. I was officially disabled under United States Social Security Disability rules.  I continue to be sick if I am in a typical public space where there are RF signals. 
The symptoms that I have near RF microwave radiation are heart irregularities, racing heart over 120-160 bpm and palpitations.  I have BP spikes and crashes that lead to collapse.  RF increases my blood glucose to over 100 (normally 60-80). I get severe migraines that will result in brain swelling with nausea and vomiting and loss of consciousness/collapse.  I developed so many health problems and illness over a 10-12 year period, I honestly lose count when I have to fill out Medical intake forms!  I have  cPTSD, severe Anxiety, OCD, Major Depression, ADD, Cognitive issues (poor memory, mood) Insomnia, Chronic Fatigue, Tinnitus, muscle spasms and tension, dry skin, dry eyes, digestive problems, adrenal insufficiency, autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's Hypothyroid, Autonomic Dysfunction, skin sensitivities, burning nerve pain and tingling, numbness, vertigo, dehydration from antidiuretic hormone deficiency low Vasopressin, low Sodium and Chloride.  RFR has in essence stolen my life.  I am limited to being homebound every day, ONLY leaving the home for medical care for the past 7 years!  
4. My condition (Microwave illness or Radiation sickness from being injured by RF microwave radiation is not rare.  There are over 400 million people around the world who have disabling symptoms near pulsed wireless microwave radiation.  So many have lost their jobs because they can't be near wireless tech and they have no homes, no money left, no cars as most vehicles made after 2012 have Bluetooth or wireless internet. They generally cannot use technology so they are not able to file these comments.  They have limited access to anything online.  We can't use cellphones.       So please understand the small number of comments is based on a segment of injured individuals that are unable to even provide a comment electronically.   
5. People who have life-threatening symptoms when exposed to RFR microwave radiation are essentially shut out form social life, unable to even go to most medical centers because they are full of high levels or RF radiation and have Wi-Fi, tablets, smart watches, laptops, routers everywhere.  One hospital I had to visit had cell antennas on the roof.  I had to wear layers of RF reducing clothing and blankets so I would not have a heart attack or stroke,  The RF Meter I have showed ambient RF levels at 60,000 microwatts per Meter squared.  I had sharp pains in my head and sharp pains in my ears at times even making it through the RF usually when someone had AirPods on within 10-20 feet of me.  I have spent a fortune on medical help and treatments I thought may help.  There seems to be no way to fully heal when the world keeps exposing people to microwave signals everywhere they go.   The loss of friends, work, home, car, savings, and ability to just be able to live normally is tremendously difficult.  It’s isolating and unnecessary.  People used wired internet perfectly fine and it should be in schools, banks, hospitals, airports, libraries.  We all deserve dignity, respect and accommodation. No one wants to live like this.
6. Smart Meters with RF communication have made numerous people ill in their own home or at work.  It is a basic human right to be able to refuse a Smart Meter and keep or install an Analog non-communicating meter.
